elBulliLab
elBulli LAB is the location of elBulli Foundation in Barcelona. It includes a working area and an exhibition area, where elBulli shows the latest projects and objectives.
It is an former industrial warehouse in downtown Barcelona, near Montjuïc hill and near Plaza España. It is a big open space, full of porexpan panels with stickers. There is a team of 60 people installed on the lab.

ElBulliLab space is “a place of reflection, study and generation of ideas and content for nurturing creativity and innovation”, as defined by Abigail Monells, a graduate in Art History, cultural manager and project participant since June 2014.
Other employees at elBulliLab define the space as “a provocation”, “a place to research on how to investigate,” “an observatory of the gastronomic world that is based on the past and projected into the future” or simply “a multidisciplinary place”.
